As we rely on third-party shipping companies to facilitate our customer deliveries for us, we cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping destination and the number of items that you purchase. You can get a calculation of your exact shipping charges by adding items to your cart, proceeding to checkout, and entering your mailing address. The shipping cost will automatically update and display in your total costs on the checkout page.

  • Orders to the Continental United States incur a shipping fee starting at $4.99.
  • Orders to countries within the European Union incur a shipping fee starting at $6.99.
  • Orders to countries outside of the Continental United States and European Union incur a shipping fee starting at $9.99.
  • How long will it take for the buyer to receive their order?

    The processing time for orders is 3 - 5 business days. Once the order has been processed, tracking number usually takes 3 - 7 business days to be generated. If you have not received your tracking number within 5 business days and/or If the tracking status is “not available” within 3 to 5 business days from the time you have received your tracking number, kindly send us an email at support@wonderblackgirl.com

    Once the shipment is already loaded on the plane, estimated delivery is 

    • USA: Between 10 - 15 business days average 
    • Canada: Between 16 - 20 business days average
    • Europe: Between 10 - 25 business days average (GB:12-25 days)
    • Australia: Between 10 - 25 business days average
    • All Others: Between 20 - 40 business days average (ask and we will provide you with the information)

      Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.

      Please take note that there are some unforeseen circumstances like customs delays that we are unable to control on our end and also, some delays if there is an upcoming holiday season. Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

      Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

      We are not liable for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fee’s, customs or back-end charges incurred.

      • Your order may arrive in multiple packages and shipments. Depending upon the type, quantity, and weight of item(s) in your order, we may pack and ship them in multiple packages. You will not be charged for multiple packages and shipments other than the amount that appears at checkout.
      • We are not responsible if a package is/are not deliverable because of missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out, if shipping information is not corrected within the given time frame, store policy will apply.       Can the order be delivered to multiple addresses?

      We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.
