 We process orders on business days which are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Times, and exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION :

For some shipping companies, it takes 5-7 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 10 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us via email:  support@wonderblackgirl.com

SHIPPING DELAYS :

Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than the expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.

ITEM NOT RECEIVED :

If you have successfully placed an order and have not received it yet while the tracking status shows it’s delivered. You need to contact the carrier to find your bag as once the item is bagged we don’t have control over it (once it’s by the carrier ), but if the issues still persist kindly Email us at support@wonderblackgirl.com will try our best to assist you.

IMPORTANT: Customers are responsible for providing us with the correct shipping and billing address. If you realize that this is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. If the product has already been shipped a refund cannot be processed until the product has been returned to us.
